I support mothers because it is the right thing to do. Mothers are the heartbeat of the family and the world over they make many sacrifices just to provide food and shelter for their families. Women have for a long time lagged behind in terms of property ownership; they find it difficult to get start-up capital from formal institutions for their business.

Women also face a wide spectrum of barriers which include lower levels of education; lack of market exposure and socio-cultural constraints. I support MAG because it seeks to equip women with the necessary skills to start-up and run profitable businesses and restore women’s confidence as they seek to enter male dominated spaces in business.
